Traci Kloos, Director of Design & Customer Experience for Tarkett North America

Traci and her team lead initiatives that connect design to the sales organization and customers through visual storytelling. Traci also works with the Marketing team to enhance the value of the brand through color and design, tracks market trends, and contributes to the brand’s social media campaign.  Read More

 

Paul Czornij, Head of Design for Automotive Exterior Colors in North & South America, BASF Corporation

Paul’s current focus is trend research and to create innovative colors for both aftermarket and the OEM areas. He is actively involved with several international and local color-focused organizations and is a former president of the Detroit Colour Council.  Read more

 

Kiki Redhead, Color & Trend Lead, The Sherwin-Williams Company

Kiki is responsible for leading color workshops as well as color and trend initiatives for industrial design segments such as appliance, electronics, building products, and general finishes. She also leads the development of a new industrial design center.  Read more
