Future Thinking Workshop


This Virtual Workshop will be held over two half days on November 19-20, 2024, and will lay the foundation for CMG’s 2025 ChromaZone CMF forecasting season, during which we’ll forecast color trends for 2027 and beyond.

In this Future Thinking Workshop, you’ll work with some of the most experienced professionals in the color design industry to explore future trends and developments that will shape all industries within the next two years. You’ll discuss the current horizon and how you see it changing and examine today’s major undercurrents and the trends that will transform our landscape in 2027 and beyond.

WORKSHOP FACILITATORS

Stephanie Dycha


Sr Manager, Head of ColorWorks™ US & CA

Stephanie Dycha has devoted herself to the world of color over the past 20 years.  Specializing in working with brand managers, utilizing innovative technology, and applying extensive trend knowledge, she strives to apply a circular design approach to a new level in the field of plastic products.  Stephanie now heads up both the Avient ColorWorks US & Canada team in West Chicago, IL and the West Design Center located in Phoenix, AZ.  These teams work with a diverse client base that spans numerous fields including packaging, consumer goods, automotive, and much more. 

The Avient ColorWorks network is made up of global centers specially designed to foster imagination and support creative exploration of new plastic product ideas while providing the technical resources needed to test the feasibility of original and unique product designs. 

Stephanie is on the Executive Committee of the Color Marketing group as the Vice President of Marketing.  She has a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Loyola University Chicago. She is currently an MBA Candidate in a joint program with Loyola University Chicago Quinlan School of Business and Loyola University School of Environmental Sustainability where she focuses on Sustainability Assessment and Planning. 

Kiki Redhead


Global CMF & Trend Manager, The Sherwin-Williams Co

Kiki Redhead leads all CMF & Trend initiatives for Sherwin-Williams Design Segments in Industrial & Performance Coatings, including spearheading a new DesignHouse in Minneapolis, MN. She collaborates with Industrial Design customers in appliance, office and outdoor furniture, as well as electronics, medical devices, packaging, transportation, and heavy equipment. She also works with designers for architectural and building products on coatings development and trends, including ideation of aesthetics, performance, and sustainable solutions.  She proudly touts her previous experiences working for Sherwin-Williams Consumer Group, as Interior Design Manager & Color Stylist for Dutch Boy Paint, as Trend Editor for Time Inc. shelter publications, and as CMF Leader for Polaris Industries. From 2008 to 2018, Kiki owned Colour Couture: a consultancy that coached 35 cross-industry clients from over 12 countries on CMF evolution in innovation, development, design, and marketing.   A longtime member of the Color Marketing Group, Kiki sits on the Board of Directors and is Co-Chair of the Future Thinking Committee.
