The Professional membership provides full access to all benefits, including our archive of trend forecasting information, from the moment you join. Professional members receive the printed World Color Forecast™ (WCF) in the fall after the Summit Reveal. The Professional-Limited membership provides access to member discounts and webinars and WCF digital color trend reports from the previous year’s Summit Reveal.

CMG offers a variety of volunteer opportunities, from participating in color forecasting workshops to assisting with events or serving on committees. As a volunteer-driven organization, we thrive on the dedication and contributions of our members. The expertise, passion, and time offered by our community are what keep CMG vibrant and impactful. We encourage our members to get involved, network, and share their knowledge, as the collaborative nature of CMG is one of its greatest benefits. While January is the best time to join to enjoy all of the benefits, you can join at any time, receive discounts and join free ColorSpeak and ColorChat events. Memberships run January – December.

The ChromaZone and Future Thinking workshops are exclusive opportunities for members to collaborate and predict future color trends in various industries. Participants share insights and identify upcoming trend directions, which ultimately become part of our World Color Forecast. Workshops take place worldwide in-person and virtually and provide valuable networking and professional development.

Full access to digital trend reports is available to Professional members immediately upon joining. Printed color cards are delivered after the Summit Reveal, typically in the fall. Professional-Limited members will receive access to the previous year’s forecast in January. Members are provided a link to access the files when they join.

Yes! CMG hosts an annual International Summit and regional events throughout the year, both virtually and in person. These events are excellent for networking, learning about industry trends, and hearing from experts in color and design. Members receive discounted rates on all events. ColorChats and ColorSpeak are free, member-only virtual events.

Yes, non-members are welcome to attend CMG events, but they will not receive the discounted rates that members enjoy. Becoming a member offers significant savings on event registration.

You can join online by visiting the “Join us” section of our website. Simply select your membership tier, fill out the application, and submit payment. Once you’ve joined, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions on accessing your member benefits.
